I wanted you to know personally about the above and beyond attitude and treatment that Garrett provided

I wanted to take a moment to send my thanks for assistance I received at your dealership yesterday afternoon (04/29/2019). I recently purchased a pre-owned 2013 F150 from CarMax and was at CarMax for service on my F150. As I was leaving CarMax, I was unable to connect my phone to my F150’s SYNC for unknown reasons. I spoke to the CarMax service advisor and he said they could cover the cost for diagnosis/repair but they would more than likely send it to a Ford dealership for repairs. I told him I would notify him of my decision. As I was leaving, I decided to drive right across the street into your service drive to seek assistance. I was promptly greeted by Michael and explained my situation. He told me he didn’t have any knowledge about the SYNC system but he knew of another advisor that probably would. Immediately afterward, Garrett Hering came to assist me. Garrett immediately began to troubleshoot the problem and then said he had a solution if I had some time. Since I reside in Rio Rico, I took advantage of his offer. Garrett installed the latest software update for my system and had it working properly. I then asked if I owed him or the dealership for the time and update, and he declined.
I wanted you to know personally about the above and beyond attitude and treatment that Garrett provided me during my unannounced visit to your Service Department. Please pass along my thanks again to Garrett, and thanks to you for running an obvious Customer Service oriented department. Garrett helped Holmes Tuttle Ford earn a customer yesterday. Thank you again!
